The Democrats are out of control and are acting like Royalty; the Republicans have exhibited a tendency to be the same way but not as bad as the Obame Mob.

We need a new party to vote for and perhaps we might even end up with more truthful candidates on the ballot. I'm dreaming, I know but the existing parties have to be changed; each of the two parties have growen too powerful and are looking out for themselves, not the people.

TRANSPARENCY --- unless it applies to Barry. He has sealed his documents because he is hiding something. Once that Pandoras box gets opened he will be GONE.. Good riddens to the ACORN King ..the one we havent been waiting for and no longer want.

"People have long memories and this will not be forgotten"

People have short memories, and new voters entering the system learn history incorrectly and believe propaganda.

"I never seen a worse display of arrogance and disrespect for the people they are supposed to represent"

Except for the years the GOP had the Congress.

Which should demonstrate the validity of David's comment, "When will Americans realize that they are just being gamed by power-hungry Republicrats from both sides of the aisle?"

When we toss one party, the other is there to do the exact same thing in a different way. Back and forth it goes, and NOTHING ever changes.

Want things to improve? Don't vote for anyone with an R or D next to their name, from President to Dogcatcher. It doesn't matter if they're Libertarian, Green Party, Communist, Socialist, or Independent - they'll work together better than the two major parties.

Of course, I don't see people figuring that out. They root for their party like their sports teams - they just want to win, it makes them feel good, if only for a few days.

He promised tranparency and yet,to date, he has spent $1.3 million keeping his passport, college thesis, college admissions and long form birth certificate hidden from the public. That is hardly tranparent. Now he refuses to release the white house guest list since he has been president. WHY? Because like the other records he has something to hide. Perhaps Mr. tranparency doesn't want us to see that Ayers, Wright and Van Jones have been freguent visitors of the white house

The Democrat representatives will only listen to - if anybody - their own constituents. God help us if their own constituents don't recognize this frontal assault against an informed democracy, and speak up quickly and loudly. That was part of the "change", right? Hello? Hello?

ttnewton of AK 9:46PM September 24, 2009

The Democrats are going to pay dearly for this, not just in the 2010 elections but from this point forward. People have long memories and this will not be forgotten. The Democrats did it with the Stimulus, with Cap and Trade and now this. I never seen a worse display of arrogance and disrespect for the people they are supposed to represent.
