Sarah Palin for RNC Chair

Republicans have the fear in their eyes and the foul attacks/language on Democrats.

There is no trust at this late date for compromise. Come November the people will speak and vote in the Tea party folks. Then in January change will come. Mistakes made reversed. The unemployed will cease getting checks to the happiness of all Republicans. The corporations will get more tax breaks and profit, again another win for the republicans. Then they'll open more factories in countries that hate America. Good times for the Tea party.

Money and job creation in Iraq and China, but not in the US. Good times. Thanks Republicans. Golly gee if only we can get Sarah in the white house!

Are you finally going to stop posting same comment on many articles. Is childish behavior and inappropriate.

Why would I answer this latest comment when I am likely to see it repeated over, over, and over again.

Easier to simple ignore you.

If you're any indication of the tea party then our country is doomed. Time to buy stock in China if the republicans win in november.

Let's get ready for polluted rivers, low salaries, and no benefits thanks to the republicans as they compete with Chinese slave labor!

BILL HEDGES:

I'm an independent (in case you didn't realize that). I used to be a republican until BUSH came to office. I know that Democrats have sold us out with free trade agreements. That's why I'm not a democrat. People with a brain don't join those two parties.

DO YOU REALIZE that the republicans are as guilty as the democrats in spending (BUSH in office + republican congress = high spending!).

DO YOU REALIZE that BUSH relaxed with qualifications for home loans and that the 2002 to 2006 time period had HORRIFIC loan practices under BUSH'S term in office WITH A REPUBLICAN congress? Will you ever take responsibility for being part of the party and defending the republicans WHEN THEY ARE AT FAULT FOR 8 YEARS OF FAILED POLICY. BUSH has SOLD this country out to the corporations!!!! We're screwed because of this free trade garbage with China, a communist country. When will we get another Reagan who says, "the USSR will join the trash heap of history," instead of transferring communist countries our job, factories, technology, and financial security!

Are the republicans this dense to what happened during BUSH? Or perhaps they are unwilling to critically look their party in the eye. They blindly follow....

The startling fact is that Republicans defend this behavior. Or they are willing to destroy the prosperity of this country in defense of free trade. As you said, "How about reducing salaries, pensions, health care benefits, college tuition reimbursement programs, vacation days, sick days, 401K employer matching?"

How about we don't do that? How about instead we STOP ALL TRADE with countries that are COMMUNISTS and against FREEDOM!!!! My goodness, the republicans have surrendered all sanity in the pursuit of corporate profits through trade with communist countries.

Maybe. I hope so but as a Republican I was looking for big things during the Bush years. Nada. For the 6 or so years he had control of both houses, opportunities were there for health reform in the form of tort reform, if nothing else. I am just disgusted with both sides right now. Hopefully the trend in the Republican voters to elect new, non polls to office speaks of a better day.

Money and job creation can then feel government is supporting them and not punishing them.

Bill Hedges of MO 10:25AM September 07, 2010

I understand exactly what you are saying and believe you are correct. That is the very reason I am calling on them to stop it and get busy with responsible and comprehensive, even, dare I say it, well thought out processes to get this economy and country back on the right track.

Gary M. Bone of FL 9:55AM September 07, 2010

Retirement accounts managers, small and large investors, and businesses are hording their money not expanding their businesses or working the money in the stock market where volume is low.

That shows no faith in obama’s agenda. Obamacare and energy tax along with most of his agenda is disliked by the polls. Bad for job creation.

With obama bad ideas, different than what people thought they were getting during campaign, has got people saying NO. After November election with Republicans more in numbers obama can change like Bill Clinton did with Newt. Or repeat the closing down government. Not funding passed obama’s laws.

Democrats would work little with us and pushed through health care with bought votes, unread bill, and not even completed. You want us to.

“divisive ” you bet. For good reason.

Bill Hedges of MO 9:40AM September 07, 2010

So much strife. So much polarity. Surely some group of people must see what I see. Are you out there guys.

The Demo Party has been hi-jacked by the ultra liberal left. The Rep Party serves only the very small interest of Corp America, The Tea Party is trying to make a simple statement but going about it in talk that is seems to be getting more and more divisive everyday.

America is facing gravely serious problems that need to be addressed and all anyone on both sides is doing is yelling "obstructionist". I fear no one is really working for America anymore, just their on political agenda.

That there are good ideas on both sides, I call on President Obama and his congressional power house (both sides) to stop grand standing and get on with fixing the problems with ideas that make sense. So far all I see is "lets just throw more tax money at the problem". Then exercise no oversight over the money. I do not see this "solution" working.

You were all smart enough to get elected by the country, you are smart enough to stand up and work through the many problems this country is facing.

There is no time left. People, people who voted for you, are hurting.

Stop fighting! DO SOMETHING!!!
