The Arizona Immigration Law is a Constitutional Nightmare

The Arizona law mirrors federal law, it does NOT pre-empt federal law. The Justice Dept. sued Arizona, because it doesn't want to enforce it's own laws.

I'm hoping the Court decides the federal govt. can't merely turn a blind eye to it's own laws and refuse to enforce them.

In fact, it isn't even close to that. The Democratic Regulars are doing everything they can to nail that law to the barn door. All their presumed voters are headed home.

The Arizona Law copies the Federal Law. That is it.. that is what it does. If the Arizona Law is bad.. the Federal Law is very bad. But the Arizona Law, at no point, exceeds the deminisions of the Federal Law, and there-by, does not challenge the Federal Law and makes it good law.

Please notice folks.. no one condemns the illegal aliens. They are taking over 100 billion dollars in welfare out of the country yearly and these guys are condemning the law.. not the reason the law was written. Not very good Americans I think.

"Article I, Section 8 the Constitution clearly gives Congress, not the states the power "to establish a uniform Rule of Naturalization."

Yes, but it does not address the rules of illegal entry, nor does it state that the States cannot help enforce immigration laws.

Try again, Brad.
