Hey Brad,

Rick Perry doesn't execute anyone. The State of Texas does after the following

1. A jury convicts someone of a capital crime.

2. The same jury decides in a separate trail that the death penalty is justified.

3. Several years of appeals and reviews take place before an execution is conducted.

I understand you are opposed to the death penalty (probably even for Bin Laden). That is your right. But you should be honest in your posts regarding the process that is followed.

It should be noted that Texas juries are handing down fewer death penalties than in past years. That is a result of a "life without parole" sentence that was adopted a few years ago. Over time, the death penalty in Texas will become rare.

And the 9th circiut court hasn't made a mockery of justice and the votes of the American people . I know you progressives hate the constitution and what it stands for , therefore you would hate a court that upholds it .

I've been away awhile and your pandering and uselessness hasn't changed .

Oh Brad....How about a "timeout" from Progressive La La Land?

First of all Brad, corporations are "groups of persons". Therefore, it is entirely legal and logical that "all groups" of people, left, right and middle, are entitled to unlimited free speech. I note that your bosom buddy Barack has collected warehouses full of loot - more than any other president in history - adjusted for inflation. He even collected a cool million from Bill Maher who called Michele Bachmann, Bristol and Sarah Palin hookers and whores. But when Rush Limbaugh slammed paid, Progressive, shill, Fem-Fluke, Obama teared up and called Fem-Fluke to console her. Obama is a smug hypocritical toad of a man.... perhaps that's why you feel sympatico with him.

Your blather continues to spew - "If a corporation is a person why hasn't Gov. Rick Perry executed BP for the death and destruction it caused in the Gulf Coast?"

Oh Brad, I guess you missed the year old news flash on that one. Within 6 months of the spill the enviro-scientists - despite spending millions - were unable to find any significant damage. In case you weren't aware, warm water and bacteria have been handling "natural oil spills" of greater volume for millions of years. Did you know that Cabrillo and Vancouver sailed through miles of oil slicks off the West Coast hundreds of years before we drilled for oil? No, I don't suppose you did.

Pressing on...

You write, "The Romney Death Star completely obliterated former House Speaker Next Gingrich's candidacy. It couldn't have happened to a nicer guy."

I know you fear Gingrich. In open, pubic debate Gingrich would eviscerate the glib BHO for all the world to see. Even all BHOs campaign loot couldn't save him. Alas, the verbal gutting of our egocentric, smug, Green Socialist leader will not happen. Pity.

Your drivel continues;

"Wall Street bankers and billionaires who have shunned the president because of his efforts to tame corporate abuses have donated millions of dollars to the Romney-supporting super PAC."

I do believe BHO has, and is still, collecting more Wall Street loot than Romney or McCain before him. I'm sure you read the progressive Washington Post - but perhaps you missed this, "President Obama has still managed to raise far more money this year from the financial and banking sector than Mitt Romney or any other Republican presidential candidate, according to new fundraising data."

So what is your problem Brad? Do you have trouble with reading comprehension. Perhaps you smoked too many doobies or too frequently snorted lines of coke with Barack back in college. Or is it simply that you are Obama's sycophantic, spittle licking Renfield, scampering behind your master pecking at what ever crumbs he tosses over his shoulder.

Well, I think I've made my feelings about you and your twisted, deceitful partisan dogma clear enough.

Be sure and tell Leslie I said, "Hello." Ah, birds of a feather... "Progressive radio...Indeed!
