Are you kidding? After bush the bar has been set so low for candidates anybody qualifies. Their standards have sunk so low , I can't think of anyone who doesn't qualify. All you have to do is memorize the standard dogma and not deviate at all, no matter what the facts or situation. Just become a ditto head.
