Democrats Must Focus on Unemployment, Not Tea Party Wackos

How typical of the liberal wing of the democratic party to call a genuine grassroots movement 'whackos.' Don't you get it? No matter what you think of them they are the genuine democrats (with a small D) not you!

... and Republicans want to destroy the VA and privatize health services for all veterans. Shame these sleaze bags

If America has ever been anything to be proud of, it has been taking care of vets.

Protect Vets benefits and keep the greedy GOP hands off the VA!

We should extend VA health coverage to everybody or extend Medicare to all, if folks really wanted to be fiscally responsible. Its the cost of healthcare delivery in the US that puts us at the bottom of modern industrialized countries with the most expense healthcare with the least effective outcomes.

Democrats could campaign on their record over the past 2 years: Shoving much more expensive health care down America's throat (in the original guise of lowering costs) directly against the will of 70% of the people, and then there is trying to shove through Cap & trade which will double everyone in America's electric bill, Oh Yeah-then there's "Immigration Reform" where the only real "reform" is Democrats trying to underhandedly widen their voting base by sheming to grant amnesty to 15 million Illegal Aliens that also is directly against the will of 70% of the people. I can go on and on...... You get the picture.

You tea bagging fools act as though private enterprise isn't about making a profit. They do this by taking former government operations, downsizing them to save costs, boost prices, fees etc, and pay big shareholder dividends. Many former beneficiaries of the privatized program no lose service. If giving poor and middle class vets and their families quality health care at an affordable rate was profitable it would have been done to start with. Ditto for pensions, water and much else that is government provided. The rich are so greedy that they want to cut taxes and invest in services to make profits by marginalizing more and more people. This doesn't expand the economy; it just increases profit for a few by excluding more and more people from formerly government provided services like the VA. They also want to do this with Social Security. These corporate shills want income rediestribution from the bottom up!! This is what the tea bagger movement is all about.

What Mr. Bannon fails to understand is that the leadership of the Democratic Party is a collection of left-wing wackos who are way outside the mainstream of American life. The voters keep switching beteen the Rebublicans and the Democrats because neither party represents mainstream Americans.

How does "Privatize the VA" equate into worse care ? Depending on where you live, it is a long ways for some vets to go to a VA hospital.

How is this "abandon veterans and not honor the national obligation to take care of American soldiers who bravely defended this country" ? Answer is it does not. For most it is closer hospital to go to. No reduced care.

Think, your remarks makes you a pinhead.

John McCain spent a whole lot of time in VA hospitals. I think he cares. Be nice for vets to be treated closer to home and loved ones.

Bill Hedges of MO 3:28AM September 24, 2010

These Republican Tea Baggers are anti-veteran and anti-American. The sleazebag GOP want to privatize the VA. Basically they want to abandon veterans and not honor the national obligation to take care of American soldiers who bravely defended this country.

No doubt most the GOP chickenhawks are hiding their agenda to eliminate the Veterans Administration, yet even McCain ran for president on privatizing the VA, (No wonder a majority of Veterans gropus and active soldiers contributed and voted for Obama).

Check it out. The looney Republican Tea Baggers all are advocating derailing and dumping any VA funds into the casino on Wall Street instead of actually taking care of vets. The GOP is quietly planning the malicious dishonoring of veterans behind all their crazy talk, and folks should wake up the whole crop of scum bags running as Republicans. These bums have already decided to give away more welfare to billionaires with all the money they can steal by defunding veterans.

Stop the lunatic right! Let's take about these anti-American Wackos till it sinks in how terrible they really are, despite how cute they try to act.

Your comment doesn't say much about you people on the left , you have to "frighten" people into voting your way ? Whats the matter ? No record of success to run on ? Must resort to same ole liberal playbook ?

Your insults and namecalling hasn't change any , not getting your way ? Nov. looking bleak ?

Nice try but it wont sell any more lol

Exposing TP wackos is important. We need to frighten the independants and the Democrats and anyone half sane into getting out there to vote. We are staring clerico-fascist, neo-confederate, racist morons square in the face. The deficit be damned. It can be dealt with later. We need to save our democracy from fascism.
