The Fall of Democratic Political Consultant Hank Morris

Mr. Barone,

You are a journalist and a thinker for whom I have enormous respect. I was eager to see what you had to say on this subject. I am disappointed you just pose a question.

I think it is a question I can answer though. When someone speaks truthfully most of the time, we tend to call them "honest". Hank Morris often made statements that were factually correct and/or answered questions accurately. He might appear to be "honest" if you do not know him well.

The truth is he is one of the most evil, amoral people you could ever encounter. His level of filthy dishonesty makes Boss Tweed seem quaint and almost picaresque.

In the 80s careers were ruined over the quarters in parking meters here in New York.

I wonder how many quarters there are in 35 million dollars of Morris' stolen loot?
