Badly need your help. I know that you believe that you understood what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant.

I am from Serbia and also now teach English, tell me right I wrote the following sentence: "View account info, rate movies, connect with fans, more! How to draw a bunnysynopsis."

These numbers are dismall, indeed. However, I would like such articles to give me the complete picture by giving the total percentage of voters compared to the eligible number of voters, as it may give additional perspective.

For example, while the 2008 Obama campaign is considered a successful campaign, the voter turnout was a dismal 63% of the eligible electorate (http://www.infoplease.com/ipa/A0781453.html). In other countries, such as in France, it was 84% in 2007 (http://www.idea.int/vt/country_view.cfm?CountryCode=FR). So, , there is still a lot of room for improvement in the US but I really wonder what will make it change.

This comes back to the difference between Democrats and Republicans. Republicans as a group are more interested in their country and more knowledgeable about the issues. Additionally, it probably did not occur to the press to be out their cheering the Democrat on.
