The text you cited in this bill that Obama voted for: Each class or course in comprehensive sex education in any of grades K through 12 shall include instruction on the prevention of sexually transmitted infections, including the prevention, transmission and spread of HIV.

Does not mandate that there be sex education provided for the kindergarteners, only that IF there are such classes given in the school that they must also include instruction on the prevention of sexually transmitted infections, including the prevention, transmission and spread of HIV.

In other words, the sex ed does not have to be taught, but if it is, it must include discussion on the prevention of HIV, etc.

McCain is running by far the most dishonest campaign in American history. And ads against McCain are not considered slander if they're true.

The guy who put out an ad claiming this: http://tinyurl.com/4r4edj

Chief Editor of NY 9:52AM September 22, 2008

Obama ran an ad that said McCain couldn't send an e-mail. The Globe in 2000 detailed McCain's limited mobility with a keyboard. Forbes in 2000 talked about McCain's groundbreaking web campaign and called him the Senate's savviest technologian.

Obama ran a Spanish language ad that intimated that McCain's position on immigration was the same as Rush Limbaugh's. In reality, they are completely the opposite.

Obama has an ad running in Florida that says McCain will cut Social Security in half. Completely untrue.

I ask you, who lieth the most?

Should we call it an Obortion, or Obamacide

Jay Allen of MO 10:42PM September 21, 2008

Yes, the fact is Obama favors sex education of little kids. Obamaphiles evidently believe they can shout it down, getting in others faces enough to shut the down controversy. The Extreme Left in this country has been pushing for unbridled sex education of all minors for years now, including the teaching of homosexuality and transgender-bending by the way. Obama also stood against the innocent botched-abortion-survivors, otherwise known as baby human beings. Obama has much more than no-experience for the presidency. He appears to be void of traditional morals, preferring the the Faith of ideological politics over any modicum of moral certainty. We can't expect to agree on all political thought. But once our collective moral code is destroyed so are we. Leftists believe it is their right to indoctrinate our children, and our obligation to let them.
