Congress and the Next President Should Repeal the War Powers Act

There is no question about it that the Executive War Powers are unconstitutional, and in fact have been passed along still active and in force to every President since Roosevelt, this fact meaning every President since has had dictitorial powers usurping every law and branch of our US Constitutional-government.

That these powers have involved many Presidential activities (within) America other than war, in cases using US-Military against US-citizens that violates the Posse Comitatus Act should indicate the tremendous danger of this unconstitutional power.

Consider what the Executive Office has become, a President now has his own private US-military answering directly to him, called the covert CIA-Paramilitary.
