Short and sweet , congress was not talked to or consulted , the Tea Party had no votes , protests or threats of bodily harm to anyone , so I guess that leaves only one of your three to take the label of failing , Obama . So what's new .

Allllvin! So you take the opportunity to try and denigrate the Tea Party in this. You do know that TEA stands for Taxed Enough Already. The platform was simple. Cut spending, cut the debt, shrink the size and cost of government and restore freedoms. So where do you come up with the Tea Party in regards to the most recent bumbling from Obumble? Further, until the next elections the Tea Party still does not have enough votes to lead on issues. While that will be corrected in 2012, in the interim you do know that the Spendocrats have control of the Senate and the White House. Just checking.

Would not be prudent to jump 1/2 cocked, not knowing agreements made...
