Guess you lost $$$$$$ Koch Brothers.... I still have my union and a few bucks.

Fafounier, you imply that these people worked long and hard.... excuse me, their father founded a refinery that left them billions of dollars. All they do is spend it. They have no special abilities, except the desire to ensure the extermination of the average person. Their paltry 'foundation' donations are a shameful tribute to their personal greed.

Its amazing that a corporation with the money and unending power can go unknown for so long. Without the Koch brothers the political far right would not have been the recipitent of over 196 Million dollars. Where would the canidates of the TEA Party be without the brothers and their Millions of dollars? Something to think about.

The fact that the Koch brothers are permitted to continue to poison the water, air and political system in the U.S. is nearly as shocking as the fact that mindless dotes defend their evil, greed and fascism. The Koch brothers do business with our nation's enemies, blatantly violate the few environmental laws their bought legislatures have yet stripped the nation of, poison entire communities, kill people with greed driven negligence, bribe government officials in the countries they haven't bought like they did the U.S. and instruct the drooling idiots who defend them to bleat the issued mantras "SOROS!" There is no comparison either in the damage or the money spend by Soros. The Koch brothers are evil, greedy and just as fascist as the worst of the worst Nazis they descended from. Nice guys to defend. Real nice. Don't worry about the facts. Just lock step and bleat the issued mantras. Don't allow the facts, history, logic, justice, or any level of evidence cloud the issue.

"Young environmental activists were slapped with $100,000 law suits for demonstrating and engaging in pranks. A Politico reporter describes being thrown out and threatened with “a night in the Riverside County jail.”"

Still beats being raped by the OWS animals.

The Kock family is a great example of what the American dream is, and their only fault in my eyes is not coming out publicly enough to hammer the point until every single American realizes that the left wants to replace it with the European serf's dream.

There is a moral gulf between the Kochs and George Soros:

One is a family that earned its fantastic wealth the hard way, the American way and is giving a tremendous part of it back to the country that made it all possible. Think about it. How many people who inherited their wealth become out-of-touch, intellectually lazy limousine socialists who spit on the very values and principles that made their privileged lives possible, who insult the hard work done to make sure they would have the best life possible? How many of them spit on the American people, too unsophisticated for them, and strive to ape the European aristocracy? It's pretty much the norm. But the Kochs didn't follow that tragic pattern, to their credit. They understand what they owe their enviable position to and are fighting to make sure that others can have the same chance.

The other is a foreign individual with a shady past - to putting it lightly - who acquired its wealth in opaque, highly suspicious ways and is using it to reshape his adoptive country according to a foreign worldview favored by regimes that, not long ago, were openly trying to destroy the USA and impose their totalitarian rule on the world.

That people would choose to demonize the former and not thoroughly investigate the latter shows a moral corruption on par with that of Soviet Russia's useful idiots.

Where is the outrage on the many non-profits George Soros (Big B billioniare) uses to promote his agenda. The Koch's are merely employing the same tactics, only it isn't in accordance with the thieves who want to keep taking from the producers to give to 'moochers'. Stop the whining, when you want to fight dirty, expect to receive punches in kind.

Donations to SUPERPACS during this election year will be very telling. I wonder if the conservative majority on the Supreme Court had people like the Koch Brothers and T. Boone Pickens in mind when they ruled that PACs could receive unlimited contributions so long as the candidate for office did not have direct control of the expenditures.

Both the Republican and Democrat parties are going in the wrong direction. To SAVE the US entrepreneurial ranking, credit rating, stock market, the $, Medicare, Social Security, Medicaid and the police, fire, k-12 public school, library, military, defense and homeland security budgets while CUTTING government spending, debt and present tax rates without causing inflation or high interest rates; both State and Federal parties would be winners if they would compromise with the following strategies:

Create good paying American jobs with good benefits for American citizens by repealing all sales taxes & replace the lost revenue with an import tax/tariff on imported labor (India) & manufactured goods (Mexico and Communist China & Vietnam). Increase the federal income tax deduction from $5700 (2010) to $15000 for American citizens. Increase the IN state income tax exemption for non-dependent adults from $1000 to $5000, up to $15,000; depending on disabilities and age. All standard deductions and exemptions should be adjusted for inflation. Collect an export tax on natural resources/commodities such as coal, oil, natural gas & grains.

Repeal all wealthy individual, business and new development/construction tax incentives such as tax abatement, tax increment financing, grants, deductions, credits, tax free bonds, earmarks and loopholes that are creating poverty wage American jobs or exporting jobs. OR, require these corporate welfare kings to pay a living wage, minimum wage of $15/hour with good benefits; adjusted for inflation. Collect mandatory impact fees (IN code: 36-7-4-1300, only infrastructure today); but, expand the code to collect impact fees for schools, libraries, parks, police and fire. They personally gave 70 million to candidates over 12 years. That's about .1625% of their total worth. If you compare that same percentage with a person worth 1/2 million you will see their giving to candidates is not alarming at all. $500,000 x .1625% = $812 That is a pittance compared to the money raised for Obama by Hollywood actors. It's amazing how threatened the left is over this issue. Has Jane Mayer, of The New Yorker, reported on the money George Soros gives to the left?
