the appeal to carte blanch? More legislation from the bench by liberals? We've all seen where idealogy takes us. The people of California voted TWICE in opposition to gay marriage and yet a liberal appeals court decided the majority rule was meaningless. Yeah, I think Republicans (and I mean conservative not RINOs) should be the ying to the yang and fight against every progressive liberal, ideological, kool-aide drinker nominated for judicial appointment.

whimsy and subjective dogma now control the justice system in America - before and after judges are appointed to the courts. Sadly, the idea of "blind justice', "the rule of law" and a "binding Constitution" has become farcical.
