When Democrats Win in 2010, GOP Can Blame Michael Steele

We are hearing random, purely unconnected, desperate lies ( "birthers") that need to distract attention from the REALITY that a huge portion of the right wing wishes were ALREADY GRANTED during Bush/Cheney, and they cannot take responsibility for any of it. This has created some mental confliction, dysfunctional speaking (Steele-Afganistan War), denial syndrome, along with the enevitable physical catastrophe - Defense Department going into a country without provocation (4000+ dead;US -100,000's dead;Iraqi), Banks writing their own investment rules (100,000's of forclosures), Oil companies drilling where they wanted (11 dead and an ecological disaster), Coal companies doing business as they pleased (31 dead in a mine explosion), etc. the list is enormous. What do they really want? To be the boss of you and me just one more time please. Not one scrap of human agenda. Just be rich, rich, rich.

all the way here in Ga. There's violence , but no proof , not an official group , sounds like desperation to me .

Muslim Fundamentalists argue there is no such thing as Al Qaeda. In a sense they're correct. What's Al Qaeda? Is there an office somewhere in the Middle East with a sign over the door that says "Welcome to the offices of Al Qaeda. Please Remove Shoes before Entering." NO!! They are a loosely defined movement whose existence is somewhat ethereal. The same is true of the tea parties. I'm sure all those death threats and vandalism didn't come from liberals; they came from tea party sympathizers. These people are doing a lot of harm. They do encourage violence and it will explode soon.

steve of IL 6:01PM July 10, 2010

"Tea Partiers may not be directly involved in violence but they encourage it."

They encourage it ? I encourage you to jump off a cliff. They encourage. GET REAL !!! A sick mind can get encourage watching a nature show.

Real violence is being done to tea parties and there are videos all over the internet proving it. You can’t find one of tea party violence done by them. One will pop up some day you can parade proudly.

Encourage. Keep reaching, trying to be right…. Pathetic.

Sorry, first link says nothing of him being a tea member. A half way house he went. What real violence here ?

Hope you enjoyed real violence against tea party I posted.

An Oklahoma man was arrested by FBI agents earlier this month for posting a series of messages on his Twitter account threatening to use a tax day Tea Party protest to commit politically-motivated mass murder. "The WAR wWIL start on the stepes of the Oklahoma State Capitol. I will cast the first stone. In the meantime, I await the police," wrote Daniel Knight Hayden, 52, according to messages included in the FBI affidavit. Another Twitter post began "START THE KILLING NOW!" Yet another: "Send the cops around. I will cut their heads off the heads and throw the[m] on the State Capitol steps," he wrote in one message. Hayden was arrested for transmitting threats to kill or injure people using interstate communication tools over the internet.

Glenn Beck supports extremist David Barton in the Texas governor race;

And here’s a little information about David Barton; in the 1990s he gave speeches at two events organized by outright neo-Nazis and Holocaust deniers, then claimed he didn’t know who they were.

"In 1991 Barton addressed the Rocky Mountain Bible Retreat of Pastor Pete Peters’ Scriptures for America, a group that espouses the racist “Christian Identity” theology. Advocates of this bizarre dogma insist that white Anglo-Saxons are the “true” chosen people of the Bible and charge that today’s Jews are usurpers. Aside from being a virulent anti-Semite, Peters has advocated the death penalty for homosexuals. According to the Anti-Defamation League, other speakers at the event included white supremacist leader and 1992 presidential candidate James “Bo” Gritz, a leader of the radical and increasingly violent militia movement, and Malcolm Ross, a Holocaust denier from Canada. In November of that same year, Barton spoke at Kingdom Covenant College in Grants Pass, Oregon, another “Christian Identity” front group with ties to Peters."

The tea parties are connected to violence and encourage it through their associations and strident rhetoric. There is no official organization called "The Tea Party"; it is a loose confederation of like minded ultra-right wing groups who see themselves as part of the same political movement. They tend to be anti-government, fundamentalist Christians who oppose separating Church and State and very bigoted.

There is also a big neo-confederate trend among the GOP since the southern states took over the Republican Party.

"Joe also has been a member of the...Sons of Confederate Veterans, ...This is an organization that...has been taken over in the past decade by radical neo-Confederates who favor secession and defend slavery as a benign institution. Leading the takeover is a radical racist named Kirk Lyons, who's been an important legal figure on the far right for some years."

Steele is going to fight for his job and that is exactly what he should do. He needs to shout his opinions from the rooftops in order to re-direct a wayward party. And he is doing it by kicking off a speaking tour – the 2 Legit 2 Quit tour, to be exact. Read about it at the link below.

VERY FUNNY.

Sorry you don't like family values , it is all about you isn't it anyway .

Still waiting for links that directly associate tea party to criminal acts. No speculations. No wishful thinking on your part.

But like my example of violence against tea party:
