Dear Friends,

I continue to believe in the American Dream. My feelings concerning our nation is one of optimism based on the fact that strong leadership can restore to all our people what they know to be true, America is the greatest nation on the face of this earth. I want you to look forward with me to a day when:

Our economy and private sector will create more than enough jobs for our people and severe unemployment will become for all citizens, a thing of the past,

Inflation will hardly be noticeable, deficits reduced and the government will no longer print money without backing,

Honesty, integrity, and the hopes of our people (not special interests) will become the primary concern of leaders in government, industry and business,

Young Americans will be able to pursue their dreams and find jobs which will enable them to purchase a home and meet their obligations;

our seniors will be able to live their remaining years in dignity and our grandchildren will take pride in the country we have all helped to build,

A stronger America, respected around the world will be a beacon for peace and democracy, a friend whose word can be relied upon as a decent, honest and dependable partner,

Our nation will help create a world that is stable, without fear of nuclear conflagration, due to our military strength,

Security for our families and grandchildren is attained, families knowing that crime will be punished and parole of violent offenders without punishment will be a thing of the past,

Children can walk the street to school and play in the park without fear of being victimized by crime in any form,

The growth of the individual and private sector, the business entrepreneur I pursuit of personal achievement and progress, while reducing taxes and government regulations inhibiting success of the individual, is achieved,

We will at last, become a nation looking forward with pride, to an America made great by its people, respect for the laws of our land built firmly upon the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, and know for protecting life,

A personal faith in the God of our fathers will no longer be a stranger to our schools, community life, or civic activities. Ours will be a national ethos putting faith and trust in God not only on our coins and currency but in our hearts as well,

Join me in Restoring the American Dream for all our People, Let’s back a true candidate who cares about Americans whichever party.

The U.S. unemployment 'tis

Hot potato in politics.

There's reluctance in private biz

To hire just to give a quick fix.

Loads of folks got hired by the gov,

But now the money's running dry.

Gone is spending that gov does love.

Pink slips abound. Gov's broke - that's why.

The "stimuli" have come and gone,

And there's just not much there to show.

High unemployment just goes on.

Gov powers that be need to go.

Jobs for the politiciankind

Is keeping theirs - that's first in mind.

In memory of obama:

"The sneer is gone from Casey's lip; his teeth are clenched in hate;

He pounds with cruel violence his bat upon the plate.

And now the pitcher holds the ball, and now he lets it go,

And now the air is shattered by the force of Casey's blow."

"Oh! somewhere in this favored land the sun is shining bright;

The band is playing somewhere, and somewhere hearts are light.

And somewhere men are laughing, and somewhere children shout;

But there is no joy in Mudville -- mighty Casey has Struck Out."

IE: The country's Democrats sing, ~ and I ain't seen the sunshine, since, I don't know when~

Then of course, certain members of the Obama Administration who shall remain nameless at this point in time, and, after being tried and found guilty for teason, will be singing, ~ I'm stuck in Folsom Prison, and time keeps draggin' on ~

....to be followed in chorus by Reid and Pelosi ~ but I know I had it comin',

I know I can't be free ~

....then there is the continuing chorus from the main body of the Democratic Party referencing the Tea Party as they sing ~ but those people keep a-movin',

and that's what tortures me!

Mighty sad for the Dems .....but I feel only apathy as they asked for it!

Basketball courts, tennis courts, and frog ponds. If I recall 80% of alternative energy money went overseas. A lot going to barry's buddy and company responsible for Gulf disaster, BP.

Things so bad, in a usually move, Fed announced interest rate would stay near "0" into 2013. Yes, we have no money. Our salvation is vaults overflowing in money. Business. First Democrat attack now will raise taxes on them. I heard yesterday a solar panel company was going abroad. Why treats of higher taxes. Won't increase government revenue. Regulations, regulations, regulations. EPA is on a super train stamping out jobs. EPA pushing our largest energy source coal into a BLACK HOLE. Manufacturing has a hit on it.

What we now need to be done is what Bush began. What obama destroyed. Business friendly government. Let business $$$ trillions do the work. Let them hire and create tax payers.

Only one way to do. Repeal nearly every bill that had bad polls under obama's reign of Democrat controlled Congress. Senate has not passed a budget in over 820 days. No guts, wait and blame Republicans for action. Compromise can give half measures. Half answers. Firing line for EPA...

Like that is going to happen. I expect the recent $$$ 2 + trillion ceiling raise will have a chunk hungrily spent (watch out House). Will this time PAY AS YOU GO be followed ??? Johnny Cash new song _ "I hear "A" a coming, is coming around the bend"...

The man is too cross-eyed to focus on "jobs"!

Say, "Good-bye" to Obama in 2012!

"......but I was a believer in Barack. So many millions of us were....."

Unfortunately, there weren't enough millions more that believed the opposite. We'll never know if McCain/Palin would have been any better than Obama/Biden, but they sure as heck couldn't have been any worse.

It goes to reinforce the fact that all too often voting on a partisan line doesn't get you what your really want and need - good leaders.

junior of DC 3:18PM August 16, 2011

Actually, we need a POTUS who is serious with the "jobs agenda". Obama has had over 2 1/2 years and our beloved country continues to spiral downward on every level, every facet, and every plane.

We need a conservative POTUS to right our sinking ship. That's for sure and for certain!

(....and all indications are that this will happen in the 2012 elections!)
