The Democrats could have repealed DADT anytime in 2009 without a single Republican vote. It was a Democratric administration that started this policy and another Democratic administration that failed to repeal it when they could have. There is zero chance of getting it repealed after the recent elections. That is why many gays didn't vote for the Democrats in the last election (they didn't vote for Republicans either). Democrats need to learn to deliver what they promise.

This is to respond to Mr. Bill Hedges and clarify a very important truth.

Thank you for writing; as always, your criticism is noted. However, I said nothing to disparage those who died, laid their lives down for their country in war. Those people you refer to (disrupting military funerals) are absolutely un-American.

This one is the worst!

How LIBERAL of you...

Some people think their LOVED ONES fought and died for a good cause. Maybe you justify yelling and screamers causing chaos at fighting men's funerals.

Have you no shame...

Sometimes is better part of valor to bit ones tongue. Let others honor their day & dead. Does nothing to harm gays. That problem you have with obama. He made the promise, now he makes the excuses...
