Since this article appears in the "Opinion" section it's expected that the piece will likely be blatantly bias - it's also a prime example (one of many, sadly) of the liberal media's baseless, idolization of a man who had no executive experience, a shady background and an administration full of left-wing radicals (some who admitted to being Communists) and hypocrits who want to preach to hard-working Americans that stealing more of their money via raising taxes is "patriotic" while they are being investigated for tax evasion themselves. It's easy to live your life one way and then try to force another on everyone else. Obama is a joke and has been in office for over 9 months - all he's done is dig this country into an even deeper hole than we were already in. While the liberals in media try to make Palin into a ridiculous caricature and defame her, middle-class America is starting to see that someone with ACTUAL EXPERIENCE and commom sense looks a hell of a lot better than some talking suit who's eloquence stems from words written by others and read from a teleprompter, and ends there. It's pretty sad that a guy who said he's nearly visited "all 57 states..." is now the President of the U.S.

From the time we are little girls we viciously attack one another. As teen girls it gets worse and every man knows that it is better to work with men than a bunch of back stabbing, bickering women. Now your beef with Sarah Palin seems to fall comfortably into this profile. Sarah as been villified primarily by women. If you take a hard look at yourself you will see similarities between yourself and Palin. Love your family? Worship? Care about your country? Love your neighbor? Hate to shop? Love your kids? Love your parents? Educated? Self made woman? Did you anwser yes to anyone of these questions? Palin might be abrasive and appear different but lady I wager that you and she are alot alike. I am an independant non partisan citizen and a woman for sure. I am sick of how women attack other women be it Hillary Clinton or Sarah Palin. Perhaps you would like to live in Afganistan then you would not have to be bothered by some high achieving woman wanting to help her country nor would you have to be bothered by the fact that she put out a book. You my dear would be more worried about staying alive because YOU ARE A WOMAN. Ladies lets support one another. K?

Your comments are so irrelevant. Did you read the book? The book is not blaming anyone or whining about losing the election. There were merely 12 pages explaining what when on during the campaign. 12 pages out of 422 pages.
You are obviously biased toward Obama who doesn't have a clue what America is all about. He doesn't understand that small businesses are the backbone of this country. Small town America is the reason why this country was successful. Most of the great inventions occurred in small town America. Most of the innovations in medicine came from people born in small town America.
The Elitists would do well to remember that. Government has never been creative or innovative. If you successfully squelch small town America, this country will fall into such decay and despair.

I've come to the conclusion society has become so PC and we have to sugar coat everything we say. When Sarah speaks it actually opens our ears, hearts and minds. Even if you disagree with her choses in life, her views and all else I find it to be very interesting when she or anyone else speaks hard core truth, there's something about the GOD'S HONEST TRUTH that no one human in their right frame of mind can RESIST! :) We just need to come to terms with the fact TRUTH DOES PREVAIL!

Very interesting article. Just a question, do you like anything about Mrs. Palin? It sounds like you are in a bad mood or something.
Palin is a conservative outsider. She doesn't agree that Government can solve all of the nation's problems. Obama believes the opposite. Palin has a small town folksy image and Obama has a big city eloquent image. In my opinion its truly a matter of one's political point of view and a matter of taste whether one prefers one or the other and those who like Palin better are no less sophisticated than those who prefer Obama. In my opinion the country is well served when differing personalities are in political competition. What's wrong with that?

This woman is running the same playbook that she did to help guarentee a losing ticket in 2008. Blames every one for her mistakes,takes no responsibilty for being ignorant to all issues in life, and states that she has the same morals as most americans. No offense but I do not want my teenager ti get knocked up, have my family become maury povich material, got to 5 differnt schools, quit at what they do and be a hypocrite. I am waiting for the day that she blames the media for her daughter getting pregnant. She should show some class and thank mccain for an opportunity that she was clearly not ready for and not deserving of. That is what america does and we can't complain that it gives even people like palin a chance at greatness. She had her chance and she struck out. She should move on to more important things as a real american but she won't as she does not have the class or the intelligence to do anything but through spit balls at the people who gave her nan opportunity. That was her history in alaska as well

Sarah would endanger this great nation as she does not have a brain cell in her head or any idea on how to run anything. She could not even succeed with raising her family as they are nothing more than tabloid fodderr. And for the alleged liberal media she should be thanking them as without them she would not be in the news anymore. Sthis is the same woman who stated that hillary clinton should not whine but all she does is whine and cry. She blames everyone for her horrible answers and decisions yet if she was intelligent she would have been abke to answer the legit questions that were put forth to her. If she runs she will get 20 percent of the vote and 5 of the ignorant people defending this so called real american. Real americans are intelligent, could speakn don't quit on the people who elected them, and are not hypocrites. For these reassons palin does not qualify as a real american

I am encouraged by the few other comments here. Clearly the author is the unable to connect with the masses. Keep speaking the truth, folks, to your friends and family and maybe, just maybe our desire for government that works for us will be heard. Funny how the author calls Palin the radical, yet Obama is the one with ties to Jeremiah Wright, Bill Ayers, and countless others - his unelected crony czars! Go figure.
