Between the Saudi peace plan, Qatar's Gaza role and Oman's positive contribution to advancing regional peace and stability, Washington is left with an unprecedented opportunity to spearhead an Israeli-GCC strategic dialogue. But whether the leaders inside and outside the region possess the wisdom, the perseverance and the ability to seize this chance remains to be seen.
