Your final paragraph is indeed the "bottom line" on this issue.
Abortion and the license..., no... the "duty" - to act irresponsibly is the self centered bedrock of the Progressive Feminists.
Thank God this hedonistic dogma is not shared by about half of all women - for it is the women who place life, and the right to be born, above personal convenience and selfish irresponsibility that provides the only hope for the future of humanity.

the liberty to practice religion has always been less important than the right of state to have uniformity in secular policies. as in bakke v uc regents. read the case. Learn something. Religious exemptions undermine the duties of citizenship.
