China has a $3 trillion dollar surplus and the three largest banks in the world are now Chinese. Eight years ago 3 of the 4 largest banks were from the U.S. When are people going to wise up about this incredible deficit being wrought upon us by President Obama and his totally unworkable policies. The 4th largest item of the budget is the $462 billion dollars a year in interest and that is with interest rates at a record low. If we had normal interest rates the interest on our debt would be near a trillion dollars. Wake up people or we will be the next fallen Roman Empire.

What Amer. in their "everything is the best in Amer."

brainwashedness don't understand is the fact that the Free Masons who were largely responsible for the constitution in their naive believe in the goodness of man and to not have another JamesIII in reality created 537 or whatever "Jameses" with their own fiefdoms and personal agendas. Amer., of course do not think it odd that their system is the only one of its kind in the world but because it is Amer. it is of course the best and everybody else is stupid. It also would never occur to them that other countries might have learned something from their mess. Until the Amer. system is not changed to a Parliamentary i.e. a real democracy the eventual collapse is inevitable.

“Bush Points Out Govt Spending Social Security Funds Now”

WASHINGTON (Dow Jones)--"President George W. Bush Friday pointed out that one

of the fundamental flaws of Social Security is that the federal government is

spending the surplus funds in the entitlement program on everything but Social

Security.”

"One of the myths of Social Security is that your money is going into (an

account) - and the government is holding it and saving it for you," Bush told

an audience of supporters in Westfield, N.J.”

"That's not the way it works. Your money is going into the system, and it's

getting spent - some of it on retirement benefits, other parts on just general

government (spending)," he said. Even though the Social Security system is currently running a surplus, Bush warned once the money is spent, there is only "a paper IOU" backing up future

claims on the system.”

“The bottom line, Bush said, is the government has no chance of paying future

benefits it is currently guaranteeing.”

What in the world does Obama care about any "Federal Budget"???

For all their whining about how spendy President Bush was, the liberals have yet to yell and scream about the nearly ten trillion dollar deficit directly attributable to Democrats that we will have to borrow to repay. In fact, the Dems have overspent in 2009 alone more than Bush's combined total deficits for the entire eight years he was in office.

And as for Obama's lie that he inherited huge deficits from Bush, Ed Morrissey of Hot Air Blog reminds us:

Budgets do not come from the White House. They come from Congress, and the party that controlled Congress since January 2007 is the Democratic Party. They controlled the budget process for FY2008 and FY2009, as well as FY2010 and FY2011. In that first year, they had to contend with George Bush, which caused them to compromise on spending, when Bush somewhat belatedly got tough on spending increases. For FY2009, though, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid bypassed George Bush entirely, passing continuing resolutions to keep government running until Barack Obama could take office. At that time, they passed a massive omnibus spending bill to complete the FY2009 budgets.

And where was Barack Obama during this time? He was a member of that very Congress that passed all of these massive spending bills, and he signed the omnibus bill as President to complete FY2009.
