It's very refreshing to know that a former Justice actually admitted that the Supreme Court made a mistake in their decision on Bush v. Gore!

The problem with his wanting the states to rule on their own on gun control is, that most Illinoisans want to be able to bear arms, but most democrats have passed laws against guns. Mayor Daley went out on a whim and just banned all guns from Chicago and the people never had a voice, which to me is where the supreme court should come in when people are not allowed their constitutional rights by the states.

How the Supreme Court Works....

Uh.... It doesn't.

The rule of law - the Constitution - has been replaced by judicial whimsy.

Say, isn't this the anniversary of Roe v. Wade?

50 million dead babies....Whimsy can be deadly, especially when mixed with personal irresponsibility.

IF the Supreme court actually worked, they would already have the fraud setting in the White House in jail!
