Should Hillary Clinton Replace Joe Biden on Obama's 2012 Ticket?

Many suggest Hillary Clinton would be the strongest vice presidential candidate for Obama's campaign

As Alex Parker reports, former New York Times editor Bill Keller joined the chorus of commentators calling for Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to replace Vice President Joe Biden on Obama's 2012 ticket. He argues,

Vice President Clinton would be a formidable asset in governing as well as campaigning, both as a political calculator and as an emissary to Capitol Hill. She has, to put it mildly, an ability to navigate the world of powerful, problematic men.

Keller is one of many to suggest such a swap, particularly as Clinton's approval rating as Secretary of State has soared while President Obama's has diminished.  But many dismiss the rumor as just that—a rumor. "I'm not picking that up," pollster John Zogby tells Washington Whispers. "It's really not even significant cocktail party talk." Furthermore, political strategists still consider Biden a valuable asset for the president—and that's not to mention that Biden's name and face is already all over Obama's 2012 campaign paraphernalia.

Hillary Clinton is an amazing American who has done an incredible job as Secretary of state. I most certainly would like to see her as VP if not President. If she is on the ticket or should be drafted to run for the Democratic nomination, she will definitely get my vote and the vote of many others who felt she should have received the nomination in 2008.... There is hope for us as a country if she is elected!!!!!....God Bless Anerica!!!!
