Cuts to the aggression budget will put the Project for the New American Century (the Fourth Reich) at risk. It is my wish and my will that the Project for the New American Century will last for a thousand years.

The only real threat to national security is the Mexican invasion, and that is more a corruption problem than a budget problem.
