HAVING SWORN ETERNAL ALLEGIANCE TO EMPEROR OBAMA, SCHEISSLINGER IS STILL FIGHTING THE LAST BATTLE...

And like a Japanese soldier climbing out of a cave in Corregidor a year after the end of WWII, Scheisslinger will eventually crawl out of his libprog cave.

Or maybe not.

What's really frosting Scheisslinger's backside about the Tea Party is how many liberals and progressives are finding out that they share the Tea Party ideal of wise avoidance of foreign entanglements as the new chief underpinning of their political cosmology, given the non-stop drag, drag, drag of Obama's so-much-smarter-than-Bush Af-Pak. And are finding out about Paul as a presidential candidate. And are in the process of defecting from Obama.

The decline and fade concerns the full-retail-price democrats and republicans who joined at the hip when it came to war-n-waste mongering only to differ like an old married couple over taxing the rich.

Andrew McCauley of OH

Great bunch of generalities against the TEA by you. We stand for those awful things like $$$ 15 trillion National debt plus possible $$$ 100 trillion unfunded entitlement debt because Congress spent the money.

Social security was funded. Employer matched my share and then add the 40+ years of interest.

Whether they're on their way out or still going strong is up for debate, but one thing is for sure: The Tea Party changed America and changed American politics...just not for the better. The wielded their power with the intelligence and responsibility of a developmentally disabled 5 year old with a loaded automatic assault rifle - firing blindly and often hitting themselves in the process. And we've all seen how quickly their supposed beliefs were co-opted and perverted by billionaires and doomsday imbeciles hocking gold. But they did prove that ordinary citizens can change things, but they should probably have at least a triple digit IQ before doing so.

Andrew McCauley of OH 1:11PM December 01, 2011

This is a complete piece of rubbish.

Dennis TheDipstop.com of CA 12:29PM December 01, 2011

Thankyou for your leftist leaning political interpretation of how " you can close your eyes and the Tea Party will go away. Keep your polls (Pew) that are skewed by the way they ask the questions. Lurch lost to Bush because populace was fed up with Clinton. The country is through with Obama, the novis president, a repeat of Carter. Now we will get real change. Had McCain won, we would have had the same progressive ideas and programs. This president and his wife were ashamed of America. Maybe they should seek out that village in Kenya that has lost it;s idiot!
