WANT SOME BARBECUE SAUCE FO' YO' LEGGGGGGGGGG, SCHLESINGER??

Hows about some honey-mustard??? Maybe some Ranch?

Five bucks sez that just like all the other libprogs, from OWS day one Son of Schlesinger was hoping against hope in his lefty heart of hearts that the OWS crowd would be some sort of lefty-heaven-sent political movement to counteract and neutralize the Tea Party movement.

But then the OWS crowd got some airtime and now everyone a month later got a close up sniff of how many anarchist, socialist, and communist losers are riding that short bus.

And all the OWS arrests started. Now most people would reasonably expect the NYPD to go heavy on the arresting. It's a BIGGGGGG city. Bad news if anything gets out of hand there. And everyone knows Bloomberg will smile all statesman-like pretty for the cameras about the OWS protestors, then tell the NYPD privately, "Keep a lid on it. Wall St. LIVES here."

But then lookie lookie at all the arrests in Denver. DENVER! Aren't Denver and Colorado supposed to be second only to San Fran and Middle-Earth California in terms of libprog paradise? Oh yes they are. But events showed that even a bastion of libprogism won't cotton runaway anarchists, socialists, and communists.

So now Son of Schlesinger makes like he had the 411 on OWS from the get-go. He's so busted!!! When it comes to OWS, Son of Schlesinger is like a dumb coyote that got caught in a leghold trap. As soon as it was put out and set. And even helped spread the jaws before putting a paw in.

So now:

GNOM, GNOM, GNOM, GNOM, GNOM!

Hows that LEGGGGGGGGGG taste Son of Schlesinger? Keep a chewin' on it. Eventually you might work yourself free.

But count on Son of Schlesinger to get another lefty dem shill paw caught somewhere else beforehand -- and end up like a cat that wasn't declawed stuck high up in the living room drapes, with that stupid "I meant to do this" look on its face.

5 Scary Things This Halloween

1. Herman Cain (9-9-9 Plan, bad tasting pizza)

2. Mitt Romney (Demonic Puppet, Cult Leader)

3. Rick Perry (20% Flat Tax Plan, his debate performances)

4. Newt Gingrich (Zombie from the year 1994)

5. Michele Bachmann (Crazy Eyes)

Mr. Edward

Not sure about the Gingrich/Court comment. I do know that Lincoln put the Supreme Court in its place during a national emergency.

I'm sure you know that judicial whimsy is an epidemic and that the "rule of law" has been twisted into irrelevance.

What is a president to do when an activist Supreme Court plainly ignores the Constitution? For instance Roe v. Wade is a perfect example of judicial fantasy. Unfortunately, no one of sufficient character rose to that challenge to basic human rights and morality, and millions of innocents have been killed for the sake of personal convenience. My God, what have we done?

So, with our system of checks and balances, what should we do when members of all 3 branches operate guided solely by their own, subjective lights? It's a nightmarishly ugly question.

It is an appalling situation when we have politicians, bureaucrats and a judiciary of little honor and low character - witness our current president.

The president is sworn to uphold our Constitution - so what should he do when others plainly violate their oaths and responsibilities? As I said, it's an ugly question.

The Constitution wasn't written to govern dishonest politicians, but rather as a bulwark, to protect honest citizens against them.

Mr. Schaefer,

Newt, huh? Did he not recently say that if the Supreme Court issues a ruling that he considers unconstitutional, he will ignore it? And although he doesn't have the power to do so, he will fire the Chairman of the Federal Reserve? And he will have Rep. Frank and former-Senator Dodd put in prison?

And at 2:57 PM today did you not say that he would make a "fine president"?

Edward 4:34PM October 30, 2011

Robert, you are such an ideological moron - you make even Obama look good.

You equate the proud, responsible American Tea Party with the 60's radical, red redux mob and their freeze dried hippie elder statesmen? It's time to put the bong away, dude.

Then you go on to perpetuate the lie regarding the audience response at the Republican debates. You dip-flip - did you ever listen to the tape? 2 people at most - out of hundreds. What's that, .05 %? Have you ever listened to the inflammatory rhetoric of the 99ers, or of Maxine Waters and the rest of the "Black Caucus"? By the way, how would the idea of a "White Caucus" go over with the quiche eating, pseudo-intellectual, phonies you hang with? Not well, I suspect.

Then you bash Gingrich and Cain - either one of whom would make a fine president. As a matter of fact, any of the Republican contenders couldn't possibly screw things up as much as the current "Huckster in Chief".

Cain reminds me of a black Harry Truman and would rise to any occasion with America's best interests at heart. And clearly, Gingrich is the brightest bulb in the room and would devastate the, glib, tap dancing, Empty "O" Man in any debate. The thought of which must scare the bejesus out of you.

You know Bobby, I know you're smart enough to play this thing straight - making valid arguments without resorting to lies and fabrications - and it troubles me to see you subordinate your soul to your base political instincts.

R.L. Schaefer of CA 2:57PM October 30, 2011

as always we will all just be wracking our brains to decide which of the two candidates are the lesser evils!!!!!!! just read there lips!!!!!!! har har (sick laugh) !!!!!!! but we can not expect anyone would be well adjusted whose goal was to be president in the white house with the federal reserve just across the street could we?
