I think the premiere Saturday Night Live summed it up best with Newt giving Herman the high five as he left the stage. Robert, we understand that you and your kind are very much afraid of Herman and rightfully so. What a dream you have that Newt wants anything other than a President Cain. As a fellow Georgian, we stick together. Herman will put Newt in charge of taking out the trash and America will benefit from the great friendship of these two gentlemen from Georgia.

What a joke article-- yawn... this is not a journalist-- this is a clown writing propaganda crap, trying to support the Don King fight that is modern American politics--

R-O-N P-A-U-L

has won more straw polls, and consistently, in spite of the conspiring of "journalists" like this joker, moved young, old, white, black, latino voters to his side.

Fact s, once people listen to his actual voting history and what he realy stands for.. they like him, and more importantly, Americans TRUST Ron Paul..

He has integrity and he's honest. Sorry Mitt, we Republicans and Independents and Democrats KNOW you are going to lie to get elected, and then do the same old crap the last guy did.. and the fool before him, and so on, and so on...

POTUS is bird cage liner-- well, I'd rather keep the crap covered liner in until we get rid of the bird that keeps craping all over us--

Let's hope the USA will wake up and realize that Newt is the smartist, best informed of all of the canidates. we need to forget his past as the public seems to have forgotten Bill Clintons failures. Wondering what would have happened to the Bible if we still remembered what the apostile Paul did to the early Christian church.

Bob of NY

Educate yourself. Don't rely on ten second sound bits on _lib mouth_ newscast.

1.Like LBJ, Newt got consensus from both side of the isle in Congress. Accomplishing MUCH

2.Got last civil rights bill passed

3.Clinton NEVER had a balanced budget until Newt closed down government twice

4.Newt shored up entitlements

5.Newt cut spending

6. Newt reduced taxes on rich and gained more revenue for government than Clinton tax increases for rich by creating J O B S did.

Mitt, the turn around specialist, will turn around the Obama disaster.

We need Mitt!

LETS ALL GET ON THE CAIN TRAIN !

cappy of FL 4:37PM October 25, 2011

Bob you are so full of the brown slippery stuff your eyes are changing color. He had all the creds he needed, lost a few but now has about twice as much as he ever did. He laughs at mitts BS and try to stuff along with me and about every true conservative I know. When he gets nominated, Mitts BS, and Cain will be forgotten and it will be he VS Obongass and he will win, period. Than he can pick Cain, or Sarah as VP and really roll.

Ron Langevin of WI 3:38PM October 25, 2011

Newt may well be the next leader in the polls, and hopefully the next conservative nominee. His knowledge, and his superior articulation in EVERY DEBATE SO FAR made him the clear winner in each. His experience in actual voted in positions and success while there is more than obongass and all the wanna bees combined. So what if he went on vacation, his money came from his pocket, not our pockets like obongass and the orangatan's did. Their vacations and their aids vacations, and their spouse and every other bunney he could fit on 20 planes.

Ron Langevin of WI 3:33PM October 25, 2011

I think this story has more cred just today. 3 recent polls have Cain-Mitt-Newt as the top 3. If conservs really want not to nominate John McCain all over again, then it probably will come down to who is the anti-Mitt. Even Mitt would be better than Bama but...this time the BASE wants a real conserv. It will be hard to rally us all for Mitt though I would vote for him over Obama or any Dem.

Glenn Koons of CA 3:06PM October 25, 2011

Newt has no chance. He has NO likability from moderate Republicans, nor, Independents, nor conservative Democrats.

Newt getting the nom would mean 4 more years of Obama.
