What surprised you while you were writing this book?

There was just this interesting push and pull inside the campaign versus old and new politics. It wasn't at all inevitable that the campaign would turn out the way it did. Then the other thing . . . was the rise of the Tea Party [and] how they seemed to emulate the exact grass-roots politics that I was writing about. A lot of people didn't take it seriously in the same way they didn't take Dean seriously, and they didn't really take Obama seriously.

Anyone who says that the core of the Democrat party is to "help" people, is just plain lying!! Their solution to "helping" is to not reach into thier own pockets to help, but reaching into the pockets of you, and your neighbors to help! Barak Obama made over $2 million dollars before he was elected President, and his annual charitable giving was less than 2% of that amount! That is shocking to me, that a person who "cares" so much for the little guy, gives so little, from his pile of money! He expects every middle income tax payer, with a family, to contribute thier hard earned dollars to "helping" those less fortuneate!! Isnt that noble of Him? He will reach into your pockets.. Gladly!! Don't willingly contribute to his version of the "little guy", and the IRS will be knocking on your door!!

obama's flock in Congress have strayed. Group of Democrats have come out rejecting Pelosi if by a miracle they cling control of House.
Like Republicans, Democrats brag of voting NO to obama's agenda.
barry in campaign was promise them everything. He leaked his true intentions to Joe the Plumber.
True beginning of this TEA can be argued until kingdom comes. Maybe first seen on tv on this link:
