Hi All

Will they be able to control software recruitment and software jobs in private industries and give justice to INDIA and American Software Professionals both. I believe sufferer is called as "ONLY YOU".

I read various articles and videos from Sander Levin and also from Nancy Pelosi. I also read John Boehner and Chuck grassley's opinions.

Will GOP and democrats be able to find correct way...???? I know I faced lot of problems while staying in Boston and keep following norms. I have to migrate from Boston after 95-01. I was first to inform Earlier President Bush from emailthepresident.com in 2005/2004.

Cheers

GOP right wingers holler about the deficit. Most of it is due to paying for two stupid wars that Bush started (Afganistan was suppose to be a police action to get Osama B Laden and then get out). The deficit is also due to the economy which the GOP righ wingers killed by 30 years of deregulation and incompetent watch dogs. The tax cuts thrust us from surplus to deficit. The reduction in deficit he talks about was due to the bubble created by deregulation and incompency that eventually crashed. The team partiers and other lame brains want us to return to the stupidity that got us into this mess. No thanks.

With the higher rates due to kick in for singles at $200,000 of income and for married couples at $250,000, we would be back to a serious marriage penalty. Also, a couple making $250,000 with two children and living in LA or NYC would certainly not be "rich" by any means.

If giving the very very rich tax cuts was supposed to create jobs and help the economy, how in the heck did we get into this mess? Someone in congress and most of the GOP "tax cuts for the rich" backers, need to get a clue.

Giving more money to the very very rich at the expense of doubling the national deficit (in 10 yrs), is idiotic.

We, as a country, have lost our way in a morass of big government is better.

Hopefully we will find our way out but I don't think Obama and Co have answers other than more of the same.

We need to find our way out of this and the Democrats can't do it.

Hooh boy! Just READ this article! 1. If it wasn't for the stimulus spending, most economists agree the recession probably would have been much worse. But we all want problems solved in days or weeks so lament the fact it's taking longer than we'd like. 2. We need to increase revenues to pay for what's already been spent (and NOT just by the present administration-it was the previous one that started this bailout fiasco). To suggest it's just to come up with more ways to spend is disingenuous. 3. I've never met someone that actually pays the top tax rates. Most people in these income brackets have all sorts of ways to shelter their money from taxation. Furthermore, many businesses (and "entrepreneurs") have been hanging on to their money the last two years and just plain haven't hired, even though they could. I know of several companies and wealthy people that not only don't pay any "income" tax but actually get paid from my hard-earned tax payments! 4. "Since WWII tax revenues have been about 18.2% but would rise to 19% if the tax cuts are not repealed." Huh? The majority of people will pay slightly less tax while the high earners make even more income they can shelter. It's hard to really pin the larger tax receipts on the tax cuts as the economy was already getting stronger and effects of tax policies take some time to show. Our economy went into a deep recession and that was with the tax cuts having been in effect for several years. Personally, I would have let all those companies fail. If you truly think that entrepreneurship and innovation are what drives our economy, then we should failing companies (and their loser policies) fail and let the survivors and newcomers take their place. That would be survival of the fittest. But to ask for and/or accept a bailout from people that are some of the same ones you've laid off to improve your bottom line stinks! It's the shrinking middle class that's driven the economy since WWII. Most of them probably weren't responsible for all the real estate speculation and easy-to-obtain loans they couldn't afford that caused a big part of the mess we're in. I even wonder if there aren't several rich winners in this debacle laughing all the way to their banks and brokers for engineering this mess. And they would rather we give them the extra few hundred dollars we're not paying in taxes than to let the government take it to pay down the debt and help those unfortunates that have nowhere else to turn.
