According to Gallup, more than one third of all West Virginia residents are obese, but only 26 percent of Virginia residents are. The obesity rate in Massachusetts is 21 percent. Think you can guess which state is the least obese? Click around below to find out.

Obesity is and epidemic that is affecting the quality of life for millions in America. We have to get back to what works, and that is being active in our communities to enrich the lives of others.
