Should the FDA Allow Gay Men to Donate Blood?

My opinion is that regrading your sexuality, you can get HIV or aids from any girl or any boy. Its the matter if someone uses protection or not. You may never know what you have until maybe several years down the road. My sister and her bestfriend was in a car accident. Both were healthy before the crash or so we thought. Her bestfriend was gay but never been with a guy in his life but he mess with one girl and that girl was HIV positive and that was ten years before the crash. Hes in the hospital room upset that he might not ever walk again, to get even moreworse news that he has aids.. that he has lost enough blood to show it. With yearly check ups and everything you'll never know what you have regradless who you've been with!! So YES, i think Any body should be able to give blood. You can always check it when you get it back to the place, and maybe even let the people know if they are clean or not.
