why not hold the mexican gov. responsible. They pocket the money and let there people fend for themselves. They want there people to come here for free health care, education, etc. Im also for, if your not legal your babys are not legal. I work in a hospital and they come in to give birth. They don't speak english, have not seen a Dr. A NEW CITIZEN. We are the only country that does that. It was put in the constitution so the chirldren of the freed slaves could vote. Not for every baby born here.

Congress Passed an Arizona-Like Immigration Law in 1996

http://politics.usnews.com/opinion/blogs/battle/2010/07/30/Congress-Passed-an-Arizona-Like-Immigration-Law-in-1996

Judge Bolton reminds me of the Beatles song" The Fool on the Hill". Only she would be the "Fool on the Bench".

Obviously mr holder still hasnt read any of those pesky laws. Will someone please buy him a law book?

We have attorney generals that dont read laws they testify about in Congress.

We have a judge in Az that cant afford a law clerk to research prior law and keep herself from looking like a "FOOL".

And soon we will have a Supreme Court justice that has never been a judge, ever?!? Judging the most important cases in the land.

Could this administration be a bigger trainwreck than it is? Could it be any worse if it tried to be? Hmm,maybe thats what they are doing.

If cop pulls someone over for speeding or violating any number of traffic laws and finds that the person's visa, green card, driver's license, etc. is questionable, the cop has every right to check the background of the driver regardless of the person's race.

Also, there is no such thing as race. The major genetic differences among humans are superficial and primarily affect height, eye shape, and skin color. We are all human. Besides, if the fear is that the state law enforcement will be racially prejudice, then what about the feds? What's going to keep them from being racist?

"But they'll be specifically targeting Hispanics!" Well, I'd be very surprised if Arizona suddenly had a large illegal Italian, Norwegian, or Canadian immigrant population.

The protestors ought to go to Mexico. Waving the Mexican flag during their marches only tells me that they are Mexican nationalists with no respect for the country they are currently residing.
