Clearly, the biggest winners were the unions - - Obama's payoff to the AFL-CIO for the GM deal and SEIU and teachers' unions for saving the jobs and growing the Federal government. The banks have mostly paid back their bailout monies (except AIG, good luck on that one) and GM whose TV ad ststed that they paid their debt - - if they think paying $6 billion with another $40 to go has paid their debt, they're crazy. Absolutely nothing for small business, NOTHING!!
