Is Glenn Beck Becoming the Face of Fox News?

Glenn Beck and Fox News are one and the same. A Mean spirited political hack who is the face of a small minded mean spirited political hack organization.

The U.S. is still the wealthiest country in the world and there are 50 million without healthcare in the U.S. today. The numbers of uninsured continue to grow and insurance companies don't intend to pay. Those numbers continue to grow at alarming rates. Glenn want us to keep the status quo and offers nothing in the way of a solution. Just preach Government is Bad and Big Business is Good. The simple minded one step and repetitious approach. Glenn's boss Murdoch believes we are idiots and repitious nonesense will become fact if repeated enough.

Glenn Beck doesn't seem to understand that healthcare delivery in the United States is broken. Healthcare has been left in the hands of the pharmacutical companies and insurance companies has successfully made healthcare unaffordable to both business and individuals and made a handful of people incredibly rich. Most of these individuals and organizations invest the wealth of insurance premiums paid by individuals to invest in China and India creating jobs in other countries. Not in the U.S.

That's OK with Glenn. Big Business is good it looks out for itself.

In 1980, 80% of the wealth in this country wss held by 20% of the population. Most of those were widows.

Today 95% of the wealth in this country is heald by 2% of the population. In reality .5% of the population hold most of the wealth. Glenn's boss Murdoch is one of the .5%.

This is OK with Glenn. Glenn thinks consolidation of wealth to a handful of people is the natural order of things. Being tight with the boss will get him there too. I argue what Glenn Beck represents Gordon Greco's prophesy of greed. Greed is good! Screw your neighbor! Greed is good, believe in the expanded perversion of what he defines as values. Glenn claims to be well informed. Glenn B is misguided at best and most likely a suck up to his boss Rupert Murdoch. Afraid to pursue real solutions to real problems because the boss won't like it. Take the eye off the ball and focus on Govt Bad and Business is good.

Remember Glenn Beck works for a billionaire that has spent billions in his media organizations preaching what Glenn Beck espouses. Government of the People, By the People, and For the People is Bad and consolidation of wealth is Good. Don't bother electing Congressmen interesting in represent your interests and healthcare like virtually all the rest of the first world countries. Let Rupert and his ilk protect you. Let Rupert influence your thoughts. Let Rupert and Glenn guide the misguided masses. Follow us to the promised land of no healthcare and total economic enslavement to the very wealthy.

Glenn and Fox are the same. They exist soley to espouse the beliefs of Rupert Murdoch.

Glenn is teaching all of us about American history that we were never taught in school or never highlighted in the many publications that we normally see pass before us.I am 87 years with two degrees, both from excellent universities, and I'm still learning. Keep up the good work, Glenn.

Yes, Glenn Beck is great for Fox News. He fits right in.

I just find it really odd that really well written and seemingly intelligent people who post comments here can say that Glenn Beck himself is intelligent and tells the truth (yes he does sometimes). Maybe the intelligence is in his delivery, he sure does have a lot of fans and he does get his points across.

But I think it goes a little beyond my own opinion when I do research on things he says and they turn out to be false or at least a number of falsitys that are strung together to make some kind claim that supports the republican adgenda (or his gold pushing friends).

ie Climate Change is not Real. He gets this guy on his show who is not a trained meterologist or scientist - hes a right wing reporter: introduced as the "founder of the weather network" spouting all these claims that climate change is a farce. The entire scientific community disagrees with this.

Health Care (seniors killed, abortions suported).

I guess people will believe what they want to.

Id say more but i gotta run....

Glenn how come we do not hear of the exorbent saleries of the Insuance excutive and their bonus from keeping our claims down. This is corruption for noone seams to talk about this part of health care only how insurance is gping to increase and what about us who are struggling to have insurance and giving up other items just to have the coverage and then told your rates are going up and they do not show any loses just profits. The CEO of Anthem Blue Cross mnade how much last year and I get unemployment for they are running companies out of buisness with their rate they charge. I feel we need reform and maybe if the government passes this bill it may open their eyes even though it may not be the correct thing to do but it is a start. Mr Beck I only hear from people who have health care what about the ones who have lost it due to circumstances beyond their control and are struggling to keep what they have. I pay$510 a month for COBRA in which the government pays 65% more for me to keep my health care and on unemployment this is steep but have to be insured. How do we keep insurance when so many companies are giving you benifits but with $5000 deductibles it is outragous for when you pay approxiamently $100 a week for a family plan and only make $10hr for this is all employers want to pay in my area for they are taking advatage of the labor market then benifits cost this much how can a person live there need a stop to all of this greed and we do need reform it is that all the people against are people with insurance and there has to be a solution it is just not being made because God has been taken out of our leaders lives or they choose to not liesten to his guidance and follow their money donors and not the needs of the people.

Glenn Beck and some of the others mentioned in this article may be over the top at times and may suffer from open mouth insert foot syndrome now and then but they are helping the American people to realize just how dysfunctional our government is. Corruption, secret, backroom deals, lack of transparency, lack of bipartisanship, and being out of touch with the will of the people all must end. Everyday Glenn Beck gives the American people examples of all of this. The current Congress and Administration has put the country on a course of reckless government spending that has mortgaged the future of all Americans especially future generations. We are witnessing the greatest intrusion into the private lives of individuals and business in history. REMEMBER IN NOVEMBER…VOTE THEM OUT!!!

AngryMobVoter of PA 7:08AM March 16, 2010

Instead of criticizing Glenn, take the time and refute the assertions that he makes concerning what is happening to this country by this presidential and legislative administration.

I have been a RN doing ER work for 39 years.

Welfare patients " think the government has unlimited amounts of money, and they want their share." as quoted to me by an older welfare gent.

They are sometimes double dippers using two or even more different names to collect

checks.

Use of ER sometimes 2-3 times a week for nonsense visits. Such as a bug bite, a pimple or

rash. They

Do not buy tylenol for their kids, but have money for cigarettes, booze, tattoos,

snacks and gold jewelry and teeth. If you have cigs and booze, you have Tylenol!

We are expected to look after their kids at night. We can't find the moms a lot of the time.

We are their free clinic for STD's, instant demand pregnancy tests so they can run out to sign up for Medicaid the next am.

They are non compliant, a few Pt.s can run up hundreds of thousands of dollars of bills for

major

problems in a month. Not taking psych meds , not filling free prescriptions, drinking on meds, looking for narcotics

They continue to smoke while on oxygen for COPD, Drink inspite of liver transplants.

Stockpile free meds. Dr. shop. Sell pain meds to others.

Girls get pregnant and the father's don't contribute to the support of these kids, who usually are born premature, with lung problems , Sickle Cell disorders etc.

There is no health crisis but a culture crises. These people have the best

insurance for health possible.

I do not visit an ER for nonsense problems as I can't afford this .

These people are a waste of our hard earned dollars and my time.

Why can't we say " this is not an emergency, go to your Dr. " Some of these problems can wait 4 days.

Stop this stiffing of the American taxpayer.

Glenn Beck is telling this country what it needs to hear whether you agree with him or not. We need to get back to our roots and that is what he is trying to help us with.

I also listen to other news outlets mostly CNN because I can't stand MSNBC and their totally liberal slant. Most of the times they talk in riddles and make no sense. And they sling personal insults all the time, actually much more that FOX. I'll keep listening to FOX.

Donna of CA 8:39PM March 15, 2010

November will be a blood bath if health care passes! There will

be no damage control on this one.

Russ of NY 8:20PM March 15, 2010

Glenn Beck's commentary speaks for itself. Intelligent individuals need not build it up or tear it down. Just watch it and decide for yourself if he is full of bologna or intelligent and thought provoking. I listen to commentators from both sides of the political spectrum. Mr. Beck is very talented and "yes" entertaining. He is doing exactly what Fox News hired him to do. I don't think for one second that a successful media organization such as FNC would continue to promote his program if he was hurting them. Only time will tell, but for now he and all of FNC are flying high.

In the mean time, watch a little of both FNC and MSNBC and decide for yourself who is smarter. If you haven't spent any significant time watching both liberal and conservative media outlets with an open mind, then intelligent people do not want to read your one-sided, biased comments. It requires honest listening to both arguments to come up with an unbiased opinion. It also allows you to develop respect for those whom which you disagree. Slinging personal insults at a respectable individual just because you disagree with his/her opinions only destroys your own argument.
