From television punditry to best-selling books, Fox News' Glenn Beck has become a household name over the past year, and according to the Washington Post, many wonder whether he is helping or hurting the news network that brought him to stardom. The Post reports that his fellow staffers worry that Beck's incendiary remarks and opinions may be negatively overpowering the network's image, as more and more people have begun to associate him with the Fox News brand. Nevertheless, publicly, the network continues to stand by its ratings-grabbing personality.

Glenn Beck and Fox News are one and the same. A Mean spirited political hack who is the face of a small minded mean spirited political hack organization.

The U.S. is still the wealthiest country in the world and there are 50 million without healthcare in the U.S. today. The numbers of uninsured continue to grow and insurance companies don't intend to pay. Those numbers continue to grow at alarming rates. Glenn want us to keep the status quo and offers nothing in the way of a solution. Just preach Government is Bad and Big Business is Good. The simple minded one step and repetitious approach. Glenn's boss Murdoch believes we are idiots and repitious nonesense will become fact if repeated enough.

Glenn Beck doesn't seem to understand that healthcare delivery in the United States is broken. Healthcare has been left in the hands of the pharmacutical companies and insurance companies has successfully made healthcare unaffordable to both business and individuals and made a handful of people incredibly rich. Most of these individuals and organizations invest the wealth of insurance premiums paid by individuals to invest in China and India creating jobs in other countries. Not in the U.S.

That's OK with Glenn. Big Business is good it looks out for itself.

In 1980, 80% of the wealth in this country wss held by 20% of the population. Most of those were widows.

Today 95% of the wealth in this country is heald by 2% of the population. In reality .5% of the population hold most of the wealth. Glenn's boss Murdoch is one of the .5%.

This is OK with Glenn. Glenn thinks consolidation of wealth to a handful of people is the natural order of things. Being tight with the boss will get him there too. I argue what Glenn Beck represents Gordon Greco's prophesy of greed. Greed is good! Screw your neighbor! Greed is good, believe in the expanded perversion of what he defines as values. Glenn claims to be well informed. Glenn B is misguided at best and most likely a suck up to his boss Rupert Murdoch. Afraid to pursue real solutions to real problems because the boss won't like it. Take the eye off the ball and focus on Govt Bad and Business is good.

Remember Glenn Beck works for a billionaire that has spent billions in his media organizations preaching what Glenn Beck espouses. Government of the People, By the People, and For the People is Bad and consolidation of wealth is Good. Don't bother electing Congressmen interesting in represent your interests and healthcare like virtually all the rest of the first world countries. Let Rupert and his ilk protect you. Let Rupert influence your thoughts. Let Rupert and Glenn guide the misguided masses. Follow us to the promised land of no healthcare and total economic enslavement to the very wealthy.

Glenn and Fox are the same. They exist soley to espouse the beliefs of Rupert Murdoch.

Glenn is teaching all of us about American history that we were never taught in school or never highlighted in the many publications that we normally see pass before us.I am 87 years with two degrees, both from excellent universities, and I'm still learning. Keep up the good work, Glenn.

Yes, Glenn Beck is great for Fox News. He fits right in.

I just find it really odd that really well written and seemingly intelligent people who post comments here can say that Glenn Beck himself is intelligent and tells the truth (yes he does sometimes). Maybe the intelligence is in his delivery, he sure does have a lot of fans and he does get his points across.

But I think it goes a little beyond my own opinion when I do research on things he says and they turn out to be false or at least a number of falsitys that are strung together to make some kind claim that supports the republican adgenda (or his gold pushing friends).

ie Climate Change is not Real. He gets this guy on his show who is not a trained meterologist or scientist - hes a right wing reporter: introduced as the "founder of the weather network" spouting all these claims that climate change is a farce. The entire scientific community disagrees with this.

Health Care (seniors killed, abortions suported).

I guess people will believe what they want to.

Id say more but i gotta run....
