If its "criminal" civilian court, with prosecutors skilled in "federal" and "international" law, it does not matter. The point is to being the terrorist to justice. Another way to look at it is this, Al Capone was convicted on federal tax law violations. The point was to get hm in prison, where he died.

care to list just a couple of 'criminal prosecutions' in civilian courts of international terrorists?

Michael Creekmore of IL 5:47PM February 16, 2010

The Obama administration is doing EXACTLY what the Bush administration did in hundreds and hundreds of terrorism prosecution cases. And yes, that included Mirandizing them and using devious American tactics like Constitutional due process! The record is out there and irrefutable. The ONLY difference now is that we have Obama as the head of state.

If you are going to criticize Obama for the criminal prosecution of terrorists, then you MUST voice your criticism of Bush for doing the same thing. If you do not, then you are a hypocrite and have no credibility.

Since alot of these terrorist were caught trying to do harm. Why not harm them in the manner they wished others to die. If one wants to blow up in and ugly pair of underwear. Strap a little C-4 to his privates and let him become a crater in the dirt. How hard is that? Your just trying to fulfill there wishes somewhat in the end. At the very least we wouldn't have the expense of these zealous idiots to worry about. Here is another thought.... video tape an offer to them in an airplane the ability to turn their back on Islam or jump out without a parachute. It is more than what David Berg got.

These 55 year old males realized they were serial abusers. Then they started looking for helpers. Most got light sentences they still went and stole and bullied. And WORKED. If a person gains big time money and looks for others. Is their going to be any close resolve or stopage. I think no. It hurts to see 5 of my kids serail rapists walk around and recruit my future friends and have tons of money. And the IN gov not fire these scary ununderstanding police that may cause sickos?. keep your swayers away!.They beat their women to take their side. Just simple 8 arrests. A group of officers life, hey lets go out and fight people man on days off. Not just fighting cultutre. Abuse is fun to them. Thanks. rev12 :9. col3:11 kjv.total submission Psa99:9-outside pr. Mitchell of NC is too funny. "greatest fear" is an educated black man? How reverse racist of you. I have maintained blacks are more racist than whites for years, this kind of diversion from the issue at hand proves my point. The 'shoebomber' was not really affiliated with any terrorist organization, more of a 'wannabe'.

Michael Creekmore of IL 10:32AM February 16, 2010

Under Bush and other president's they have had trials for some, the shoebomber for example, whom is locked up in a U.S. jail. That was no problem, but now it's a problem, because the noise machine has to work and bash the president, you know...because he is the black guy that represents their biggest fear...an educated black man is more frightening to them that a bear in the woods, go figure. However, just try them in a tribunal or civilian court, who cares, they have no case or chance to win. Let them speak, who cares, it's not like they can incite future extremist to do bad things, thats what they do anyway.

Mitchell of NC 2:57PM February 15, 2010

Since it's insisted that "war" is the action, they CAN'T be tried in civilian courts. Even post facto Nazi 'war criminals were tried in special circumstances, not according to ANY Nations civil law.
