Bosses Should Be Honest About Their Electronic Privacy Policies

that our current five Catholic men (Scalia, Thomas, Roberts, Alito and Kennedy) on the Supreme Court will find a way (probably 5-4) in "Quon" to put every low-level employee (espectially women) at extreme risk on this issue and insulate to the moon the activities of every bigwig.

That's exactly what they did two terms ago in both the "Engquist" and "Ledbetter" cases. It's what they just did in spades in "Citizens United". And it's what you can expect in every important decision perhaps until the Catholic church people finally wake up and have a public conniption fit at their five so-called "Justices".

It seems that the five guys who were supposed to be the Church Folks' hero in overturning Roe are dodging that one and instead running steamrollers over citizens on everything else.
