Who are the American people? Because he is serving me very well, and I am so happy to have some intellect in the White House after the last eight years of...just what you posted! You are confusing the percentage of the American people that support the TEa Party crap, with the rest of us decent citizens that thirst for a change from the dubya fiasco. Your will to shout and instigate and create fera amongst society is equivalent to street thugs, yes you are the exact same as the persons you despise! If not for all the waste spent on Iraq and lack of attention to Afghanistan the Obama proposalw would be O.K. because all that money wasted would damn near support programs to help U.S. citizens. The laws of jurisprudence dont apply to those who are not citizens of our land unless the death penalty is in play and then it should happen in Texas. Werewolves (German terrorists) caught in the act of sabotage were given swift judgement after WWII. Lined up against a pole and shot in the head. I guess that is justifiable when you choose to use women and children as shields and not identify yourself in a uniform as an enemy combatant.

Look back 5 years ago in Russia, Muslim terrorist wanted to get their point across about the way Russia was handling some of there muslim friends. This is not the 60's era, where juries turned a blinds eye to corrupt cops, citizens and govenmnet employees. This is 2009 New York City, where we have the opportunity to put the nails in those terrorists coffins, and rejoice in the stinking smell of their nasty corpses rotting on their way to live in purgatory! How can you repubs eff this up too?! They committed the crimes in New York and they should be punished in New York, I know many of you would like to be on that jury and find them "not guilty" just say you can give it to our president, but only in your circle does that hold water, we should relish the opportunity to fry their asses, and speaking of weak, some of you like to talk a lot of big tough talk, but now you are actually cowering and acting as if you are really afraid of the bums and the likes! Dispicable!! This is how we stand and show their arses that this is America and anywhere you are on our soil you will be tried and convicted, as well as fried, if applicable, if you violate our laws. Would it be better if they were tried in a small town in Mississippi?

The trial should not be held in the US.
Confessed terrorist combatants should be tried in a millitary court and put to death as they, themselves, have requested.
Obummer and Holder want a show trial to let the ideologies of the Muslim terrorist be put on parade and try the Bush administration to satisfy the vindictive elitist Lefties.
How many terrorist plots and actions have taken place in the US since this sympathiser took office? Far too many and it does matter that we have a weak President who puts more effort in being a rock star than being a strong leader.

If we win the trial we have set a precedent by which all terrorists can demand this treatment.
Investigators have made statements to the effect that this is a slam dunk. That he will be automatically convicted. Does that sound like a fair trial statement?
If we lose trial; then what? We set the guy up in an apartment in NYC; or he files a lawsuit for damages to his reputation?
This whole thing is a joke. A no win situation for the USA.
