Military Contractors and the Perils of Outsourcing War

We're taxed to keep the US government running, and so on down the list of civil government==state, county, city; We were never meant to be taxed to hire mercenaries. We spend so much on warfare merchandise that it's no wonder we have profiteers raiding public treasuries. We can't let this continue. If enough "private armies" are trained & armed, it's possible they could make a nationwide coup. It would be a fascist takeover. If they get enough practice, they could perfect techniques to 1. Take over all media. 2. Take over all access to natural gas, electricity, water, etc. 3. Raid national armories 4. Disarm our police & patriotic military, etc. Halliburton is one of these privatized "security & reconstruction" companies. I believe Bush & his handlers made it possible to ignore warnings about WTC and to be able to lie to Congress to get it to fund the Mideast wars for oil. As long as war is profitable to people who sell weapons, there will be war. As long as churches compete for tithes, there will be holy wars. As long as fanatically-capitalist nations attack socialist systems, there will be wars. We need a new Peace Party to take control of Congress and ban these contracted wars.
