President Obama, French President Sarkozy and British Prime Minister Brown Friday accused Iran of building a secret, underground nuclear fuel plant, a direct breach to the U.N.'s nonproliferation initiative. Despite Obama's past promises to open diplomatic conversation with Iranian leader, President Ahmadinejad, the New York Times reports that Obama believes that "time had run out for Iran" and is pressing for action to curb the country's nuclear program.
