I'm President / Founder of AKC-IDTheft has partnered up with the Federal Trade Commission and other GIANTS in the war against identity theft. Also through no fault of my own I'm a three time identity theft data breach victim from three different institutions, because of careless and weak data information security protocols.

AKC-IDTheft is a Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce member. And we want to partner up with other chamber organizations across the nation that can intelligently see the ENORMOUS opportunity of leveraging the November 01, 2009 compliance DEADLINE, mandated by the Federal Trade Commission The law requires all Creditor & Financial Institutions to have a written identity theft training, monitoring and mitigation protocol in place by Nov. 01, 2009...You have creditor & financial institutions as members that must comply with the FTC law.

The question is will your chamber reap the benefits of offering to help your existing and new members, that you already have a great rapport and relationship with. Or will an outside vender offer the must have product and build a new relationship as well ad bag up the money on your membership table.

The new revenue wealth exist in your current chamber of commerce Creditor and Financial institution members. We have already reached out to many Chambers of Commerce throughout the US.

Why? Just what does the U.S. Chamber of Commerce lobby for or against? Are membership dues used in this manner? I doubt that members realize this but they soon will. I do not understand this and would like answers. Thank you.
