if you are so smart to call the koreans stupid. why are you asking that stupid question? why would someone attack hawaii?

If North Korea wants to "test" its missile in the direction of Hawaii, this gives us a great chance to "test" our missile defense in a realistic scenario. After all, the military says it works, the naysayers say it doesn't. I guess its time to find out.

haha, you American make me laugh! Its like the whole world is determined to DESTROY you for one reason or the other, is it? FFS get out of people's lands and nobody will be a 'danger' to you! Live your own life, get what you can out of your own economy and stop trying to take over the world. That sure will solve a lot of problems, guaranteed!

Kim is special, he knows his health issues and knows he won't live forever.

this makes him different than other leaders.

We need to demand certain nuke compliance from Kim and relay the concequences

of Kim's failure to comply to his neighbors,so as to reduce collateral damage.

If we fail to demonstrate to the other scary world leaders that the US will not tolerate the threat of a nuke attack, sooner or later all scary world leaders will follow Kin's example.

If Kim sees dying in the near future, we can count on a nuke attack in the near future. (he will not worry about retaliation at that point)

We need to stop Kim before he's on his death bed.

Did I fail to mention that Kim is considered to be less than lucid?

If we let this kid mouth off long enough while the world watches we start to look like a bunch of sissies. Sissy is not a healthy roll to play on the world playground. Hope we aren't too late!

The problem isn't whether America can handle the situation. The problem is the American's supporting it. After 9/11, American's wanted justice, answers, and revenge...so then The WAR in Iraq. A few years later and the American's are bored with that even though the problems may not be resolved. There are still terriorist trying to attack. Now American's are concerned about WMD attack, sure we go in a blow things up, but are the American's willing to support the ramifications. America is volunerable right now and other countries are taking note of that: We are broke, we have a poor economy, poor education, high uneployment rate, bad health care system. Freedom is NOT free and the American citizen's want to strike on Korea there will a massive war. That is what needs to be realized.

The time has come to give this North Korean bully, one of the axis of evil, a knockout punch. Mr. Obama should pre-empt a strike NOW before they nuke Seattle, Ankorage or Honalulu. The Taepodong-2 missle does have a maximum range of 8100KM which hypothetically could strike Hawaii, which is ~6000KM from NK. Don't give this nut job a chance to strike first. The U.S. should take this nut job out NOW! We don't need another 9/11.

we went to Iraq becouse they might of had WMD we are still there becouse there is nobody else to run the country but when North Korea admits to having WMD has openly tested it and openly states there intentions for using it (on us) we should not act? we can at least just hand this country to the south and go home

As you all well know, our VP Joe Biden is overseeing the armed forces of the US. You can bet your last dollar that he is on top of the situation in North Korea. The report's you are geting from the media are no where near what is really happening. We as civilians will NEVER know what the activities are of our nations defenses. Do you think it's wise to post in a news story what the plans are to defend our nation?

Get it together folks. The last thing we need is US citizens running around calling the President weak.
