I agree with Gossip Pig...just because a guy has an opinion and shares it without regard as to who likes it and who doesn't like it...does not mean he's running for president. I think Vice President Cheney is simply looking out for the country that he loves, and is doing his best to keep this current atrocity of an administration from completely taking over every aspect of our lives. I appreciate his willingness to stand up for the conservative viewpoint. I absolutely adore him, and I believe he is certainly the strongest Republican standing right now.

and a few more international crises and the folks will be begging for cheney. he has won every exchange with the left on foreign policy since he reemrged and took up the mantle of the conservative cause. Much in the same way that Romney wins every exchange on the economy [without any coverage by the nationalized press corps].

Mr. Roff:
In answer to your question regarding Dick Cheney running for office in 2012, the answer is no.
Just because a man that you and your colleagues frothed over in vein, a man whose mere presence caused your combined numbers to convulse, the man who when spoke his own mind caused you and your minions to cackle about; screaming in your own brand of glossolalia, does not mean that he is running for president.
Please get back to your job at rewriting history.
