Why Did Obama Change His Mind About Releasing the Torture Photos?

May 14, 2009 RSS Feed Print

Reports the AP: "President Barack Obama will try to block the court-ordered release of hundreds of photos showing U.S. troops allegedly abusing prisoners, reversing his position after military commanders warned the graphic images could stoke anti-American sentiment and endanger soldiers." Why did Obama change his mind? Would releasing the photos, as Mary Kate Cary contends, really endanger U.S. soldiers' lives? Post your thoughts.

He definitely DID NOT change his mind for the sake of lives of others. He changed it for his OWN strategy and agenda. The photos will come out, just not yet. He's playing us, we All know that, but not All of us will outrightly admit it. Time will prove this in the near future.

One correct decision! Would that more will follow. Correct decisions are not easy for this President, but it is now proven possible.

If the ones who voted for this clown and his circus saw this coming, the election would have been different and we wouldn't be in all of this turmoil right now.
