Why Are Women Under-represented in the Republican Party?

Perhaps because many families in the Republican Party are convinced of the value of having at least one parent at home committed to the upbringing of their own children, rather than outsourcing parental responsibilities during the daytime. Not to say that being at-home or being a career woman is better than the other. But the best-kept secret in town (and the Democrats like it this way) is that families with at least one parent at home during the day have a much better likelihood of staying connected relationally through the years. Core values can be better passed-down to the next generation.

In short, the Republican Party has the much greater share of those who believe in traditional values and morals, and they know better than anyone else in this country that if you want to teach your children right from wrong and the strength a family can have, they have to be willing to invest their days into their children... not just breakfast, dinner time and TV time.

And saying that women are missing out because they're not in Congress is like saying that it's more important to be a politician than it is to nurture your own children. That's absolute hog-wash. Which is why our country is suffering so badly from the effects of minimal morals being taught in our FAMILIES.
