There are sources of information other than radio and television, such as books on the history of Islam and Mohammad, and the Quran itself. Give them a try.

That is your claim to being an Islammic cultural professor? What are your credentials? A 10 minute rant from Rush Limbaugh on Islam? A Fox News "documentary" on Islam? It's just sad that a person would be so ignorant of a culture and fancy himself an expert because he listened for a few hours to people even more ignorant than himself.

Islam was born in violence and spread by force. As a result, Muslims traditionally respect power, feeling that if one has power it is the will of Allah. Our diplomats need to understand Islam better than the Iranians understand us, and miss no opportunity to remind them of our military strength and demonstrated willingness to use it.
