No March Madness Workplace Productivity Loss: Recession Is the Big Bracket Buster

I find it interesting to see how much time and money is spent on John A. Challenger PR articles. He claims to be an expert on outplacement and coaching. Why does he not practice this caring attitude with his employees? The fact of the matter is the Challengers harass, prod, and constantly gets rid of the bottom 10%-50%. So they can spend more time on retraining new employees since their previous employees credit cards have been all maxed out. And Challenger Gray & Christmas expense reimbursement with their counselors is no where in sight.

Making their employees wait endlessly to get reimbursed. You would think that Challenger, Gray & Christmas Inc. would consider the importance of treating their employees with an understanding and caring attitude. We all hope that the management will take a course on ethics and organization behavior before they continue to claim that they are experts on something they are not.
