there has been 0 deaths due to marijuana, LCD, Magic Mushrooms, and acid
but yet all of them are illegal.
tobacco deaths: 435,000 every year
Alchoha deaths: 23,000 every year

As far as i know, their havent been to many if any deaths due to marijuana, but their sure has been from alcohol and prescriptions. go think about that one...

maraijuana should be legalized because our economy is going to hell... so with maraijauna since so many people buy and sell it there would be alot of money provided for our government..

The United States Government should legalize marijuana because of the income growth it could put on the U.S. If u tax it in stores or in shops then tax the people who home grow it but it should be legal it can also be used for paper,rope,and medical advantages.

last year cigarettes killed over 400,000 people(more than alchohol,cocaine,heroin and heart disease combined)...there were over 60,0000 death's related to drunk driving....i was googleing how many death's last year related for marijuana and you know what....i couldn't find any,zero,nada,nothing...if you ask me marijuana should be lagal and cigs and booze should illeagal...almost a 1/2 million death's between the 2..r u kidding me??...but in the end it comes down to money,since so many people can home grow they won't be able to tax it properly....

I agree with the others. Legalize marijuana, because of the good it is here for, such as medicinal purposes, such as ADHD, which I personally have and manic depression, hemp can be used for things such as newspapers, even toilet paper, and other stuff. And ye, it's not like alcohol where you can get highly intoxicated and don't remember a thing.

The United States should legalize Marijuana because there is no harm,it is not like alcohol where there's drunk driving or DUI'S and you can control your self when you smoke marijauna unlike alcohol.Cigarettes are harmful to our health they can legalize tobaacco and that kills us but they cant legalize weed which in some cases is quite helpful and is a good money maker. I think the only reason they wont leaglize it is becaus they cant make money off of it unlike cigarettes and alcohol.
I agree they should legalize it but for a certain age just like cigarettes 18 years old or 21 and should sell it in coffe shops or gas stations the governmebt is not gonna win because half of the united states smokes marijuana.Plus its the safest drug out there. Everyone says its a gate way drug and its stupid because its not and i know people that are perfectly fine that have done it for years. its just an excuse.

I think marijuana should be legalized. There is no proof of it being dangerous unlike alcohol.. and its legal. The most you will get from marijuana is munchies... not drunk and out of control and not able to drive. The government is retarded. They made it illegal so that they can waste good tax money on nonsense and bust people for having a good time and make them pay more money. Its all a scheme for greed. Thats all the United States Government cares about. MONEY MONEY MONEY. Greedy ass people. If they legalize weed, it will be bad still. They wont be able to tax it properly and u will be punished even more severely for growing and selling. There wont be any money in it for the people. Just having to pay more out. They are already taxing us to death to kill ourselves with cigarettes. Yet alcohol is still cheaper and more dangerous.

I think marijuana should be legal but kept safe... There should be an age limit and it should be available in gas stations/And or coffe shops (like Amsterdam) We should limit the amount you can buy though. But all in all it should be legal.
