You Boys and girl got it all figured out. I guess I can only present some "worms" here.

If we had Japan in for the Star war r&d, we could have both the bear and the dragon begged by now. Now is too late for that. Is it? I wish we do have "quality" people to do the right things at right time. May God help us!

Another good lesson from Japan is the dire consequences of overpopulation. Lack of resources for the size of the population hangs like a sword of Damocles over the nation, forcing salarymen to work themselves to death, fishermen to deplete the oceans, exporters out of necessity straining to produce the highest quality goods that they might earn money to bring in food and other resources they can't obtain domesticly. .

Meanwhile the US is bringing in immigrants and illegal aliens by the millions with no thought to the consequences other than how they might help a few hundred congressmen continue to spend like drunken sailors in the hope that doubling the population will bring in more taxes.
