And from what I understand, he wasn't the only one! Just ask the residents of King County, Texas - the overwhelmingly democratic population there also voted Republican. I myself am a reformed democrat, thanks to Bill Clinton. Ms. Palin is a breath of fresh air and I hope she continues to suprise us all in the future. I know of at least two votes that are hers, if she wants them!

Reagan was a great communicator and surrounded himself with bright and knowledgeable people. Palin can barely put together two sentences without sounding like she just learned the English language yesterday. She surrounds herself with idiots and sycophants so that she can always appear to be the smartest person in the room. She's an idiot and arrogant. A very bad combination. I hope the republicans do nominate her in 2012 because there is no way the people will return Bush in a skirt to the White House. Once they experience what is like to have an intelligent leader as President, they won't settle for dim bulb like Palin.

Sarah Palin is just full of hot air. Funny how even McCain had distanced himself from her. She is an embarassment to Americans, especially to women. She has not been held accountable for her Buffalo Bill type schemes. Maverick... I doubt it! We had mavericks for the past 8 years doing "whatever it takes to get the job done", prooving how damaging that it is. We have checks and balances for good reason and we do NOT need a redneck, gun slinger for a Presdient! Let's face it, the republican party does not even know what to do with itself anymore!

After Barack Obama finish the next four years like Jimmy Carter finish his term. Palin would be the next Ronald Reagan. Even Reagan's son Michael refer to Palin as the next Ronald Reagan. And when Reagan runs against Barack Obama, I doubt even Barack can carry his own state of ILL.

In my opinion Sarah Palin is a selfish pathological egomaniac.

If she really cared about America she would have had the loving decency to say thanks but no thanks to those that bid her to be on the ticket. If she had any self-knowledge she would have realized deep down that she was not capable of the job. She would have wanted to spare the party she loved, the embarrassment of having herself on the vice presidential ticket. It's sort of like the Grouch Marx joke where he says "I wouldn't want to join any club that would have me as a member".

Sarah Palin is joke. She is and has been the brunt of jokes, and rightfully so. In fact, the entire world thinks she's a joke. She should save her energy and continue to do what Alaska hired her to do.

I think she should run for a spot on he Jerry Springer show. Bring the whole family

Since the election Gov. Palin has joined with Gov. Perry in a child obesity campaign, finished her state budget, worked with Homeland Security to ensure Japan airlines will continue air service to Alaska, created a rural subcabinet, endured arson to a church she attended, and given the State of the State speech. The media in the lower 48 is obsessed with stories about her children, while she has moved on. Gov. Palin is doing what she was elected to do. I don't believe she is thinking about higher office. Its not how she thinks. She has a servants heart.

These are, no doubt, the folks who elected "W." What else would one expect of them?
