  • $1-5 million: Donated by Friends of Saudi Arabia, the Dubai Foundation, and the former deputy prime minister of Lebanon
  • $5-10 million: Donated by the Dutch national lottery
  • $1-5 million: Amount the governments of Kuwait, Qatar, Brunei, and Oman each donated
  • $10-25 million : Amount the Australian and Dominican governments each gave
  • $46 million: Lowest possible amount of total donations from foreign governments
